Urban Landscapes — Transit
Street photography documenting the quiet geometries of public transit spaces.
Transit is a documentary series shot over six months across the city’s subway and bus infrastructure. The work focuses on the incidental — light spilling through an underground grate, the repeating arches of a viaduct, the shadows passengers leave on platform tiles.
Shot on a Fujifilm X-T4 with a 23mm f/2 prime, almost entirely available light. Post-processing is kept minimal: exposure, contrast, and a slight warm correction to counteract the fluorescent cast of underground stations. The series runs to thirty-two images; a selection of twelve was published in a limited-run zine.
