This site is the personal portfolio of Kelcey Newman Jr., a freelance graphic designer based in Rochester, New York. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.
What I collect
The only information this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your reason for reaching out and your message
Nothing else is collected. There are no accounts, no newsletter signup, and no way to submit information other than the contact form.
Why I collect it
Solely to read your message and reply to you about design work or a related inquiry. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for advertising or marketing purposes.
Where it goes
The contact form is handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this website. When you submit the form, your entry is stored in my Netlify account and a copy is emailed to me. Netlify processes this data on my behalf; you can read their privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies that identify you. Netlify may set a basic technical cookie and keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions as long as I may reasonably need them to continue a conversation or maintain a record of a project inquiry, and delete them periodically after that.
Your choices
If you'd like me to delete your inquiry, or you want to know what I have on file, email me at kjnew15@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
